Prize Draw Competition Terms & Conditions

The Sportsman Gun Centre are delighted to announce that we are offering our customers the chance to win £250 worth of Sportsman Gun Centre vouchers. In order to be eligible, entrants must fill out the below form, and inform us of doing so by either email, or Facebook (See below for details):

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

 

1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltd.
3. This competition is open to entrants over 18 years of age and who have filled out the voting form for the Great British Shooting Awards 2024.
4. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
5. You can complete the form as many times as you wish.
6. The prize draw is free to enter.
7. The closing date for all entries will be the 5th February 2024.

 

How to Enter

1. The prize draw will include all entrants who have filled out the above form.
2. To enter the prize draw, simply fill out the form which can be found here. Then either send us an email at [email protected] or comment/share any post featuring the vote on our Facebook or Instagram.
3. The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltd will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

 

The Prize

1. The prize will be £250 worth of vouchers for use at The Sportsman Gun Centre. These vouchers cannot be used online.
2. The winner will be drawn at random.
3. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
4. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
5. The decision of The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltd regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

 

Winner Announcement

1. The prize draw will take place on the 1st March 2024. The winner will be contacted via email or social media.
2. The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltd will attempt to contact the winner by email or social media up to two times.
3. If the winner does not respond to the emails or messages on social media notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second email/message, they will lose their right to the prize, and The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltd reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

 

Receipt of the Prize

1. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

 

Data Protection and Publicity

1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltd for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected]
3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested via The Sportsman Gun Centre.
4. All personal information shall be used in accordance with The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltds Privacy Policy.

 

Limitation of Liability

1. The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltd does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.

 

General

1. The Sportsman Gun Centre Ltd reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
