Revolutionary HD, clear, thermal image
Thermion 2 LRF XL50 offers the highest level of thermal imaging. The image generated with the new 1024x768- pixel thermal sensor features high definition and rich detail ideal for uncompromised trophy identification. The silhouettes, anatomy & behavioural peculiarities of the animal are clearly visible and easily distinguished.
Extreme image detail on high zoom
Variable 1.75-14x magnification (x8 digital zoom) provides improved focus and better overall object recognition at significant distances. The HD-sensor allows to maintain a high level of image detail across the whole magnification range. The zoom changes either gradually in 2x step or continuously for a customized FOV / magnification ratio for each specific situation.
Precise laser range finding
Understanding the target distance is an essential factor in making the right decisions. The compact laser rangefinder with a range of up to 800 metres is seamlessly integrated into a slim design riflescope, the receiver and emitter are within clearance limits of a single optical channel.
Integrated ballistic calculator for long-range shooting
Thermion 2 LRF ensures accurate shooting at any distance. The built-in laser rangefinder provides the hunter with an exact sense of distance to the target while the sophisticated internal ballistics algorithm calculates the suggested POA for accurate long-range shooting. Simply create a ballistic profile for your shooting equipment, upload it to the Thermions memory with the Stream Vision Ballistics App, and turn your Thermion 2 LRF XL50 into a highly accurate and efficient long-range aiming tool.
Wide field of view for easy scanning
Thermion 2 LRF XL50 offers a wide field of view for easy scanning and spotting. Even at high zoom levels, the large-format sensor allows for a well-balanced FOV / magnification ratio.
Premium HD-class germanium optics
For a clear and detailed image field of view, the Thermions 2 LRF XL50 germanium F50/1.0 objective lens truly expands the advantages of an HD thermal sensor. The use of aspherical lenses and diffractive optical elements maintains a high aperture ratio with the capability of sharp and precise image projection across the entire sensor area.
High-precision ambidextrous lens focusing
Objective lens with internal focusing mechanism gives a clear and sharp image at any range. Ergonomic focusing wheels are located on the right and left sides, making focusing easy either left- or right-handed.
Ground-breaking image processing
The pixel-to-pixel image transfer from the sensor to the display makes the image as sharp as possible. Adjustable sensor sensitivity amplification combined with new filtration algorithms offers the hunter great opportunities for observation in diverse weather and temperature conditions. The amplification setting helps to define the animals trophy features and ensures clear rendering of objects and background in the field of view.
Wireless remote control included
The Pulsar BT wireless Bluetooth remote control completely duplicates the regular buttons. The remote control features excellent ergonomics the buttons activate the most used functions, while rotating or pressing the encoder operates fine adjustment and menu navigation. The design, size and positioning of the buttons and encoder are customized for use with both bare hands and gloved hands. It takes minimum movement for a hunter to control the riflescope enabling them to maintain maximum concentration on the hunting process with the remote control placed in any convenient position on the fore-end or rifle butt.

For simplicity, Sportsman Gun Centre's delivery charges are based on a flat rate, so you'll pay the same low price for delivery no matter how much your order contains or weighs.

Please note delivery cost will be added to your order once your delivery country has been entered. Standard delivery to England, Scotland and Wales (excluding channel islands) is £7.99. Express Next Day delivery is only £14.99. Heavy goods like Extra Large Gun Safes can result in a delivery charge in excess of £70 depending on your location. For delivery to countries outside the UK delivery costs will be displayed once your country has been chosen at the address stage of the checkout process.
The Sportsman Gun Centre can only deliver goods to you in an approximate period. We will always endeavour to dispatch your items within 48 hours however product availability can vary. All goods will be sent to the address given by you which can be seen in your order confirmation email. We aim to get your goods to you within 2-3 working days but some products have specific delivery requirement which may extend delivery timescales. Please see individual product pages for more information.
If for some reason parcels are required to be redirected then an additional charge might be levied (where applicable). Also if goods are refused or not called for a charge might also be incurred. In-Store Items
These are items that we stock in one of our 3 SGC Shooting Superstores and orders for these items will take 2-3 days to arrive. If you would like to purchase the item in person then please call ahead to make sure the store you're travelling to has it in stock (Our main distribution warehouse is located at the Exeter branch).
Direct Shipment Items
These products are dispatched direct from the manufacturer on behalf of Sportsman Gun Centre. In most cases they will arrive separately to any other items you have ordered. Please see the individual product pages for specific delivery estimates as each manufacturer will use a different courier. If you need to return or exchange your product please return the items to Sportsman Gun Centre's Exeter branch. For more information please call 01392 354 854.
Collection Only Items
These items normally require Identification (Passport) or a Firearms / Shotgun Certificate before they are handed over. Shotguns, Rifles, Airguns and Moderators are usually good examples. When purchasing a 'collection only' item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. In all instances you can choose to collect your item from one of our stores (Exeter, Dorset or Newport) or from a 3rd party gun dealer. The latter may be at an additional cost to yourself.

Special Order Items
These are products which aren't always kept in stock or are tailor made. Special Order Items can have extended delivery timescales so for more information please see the individual product pages for specific delivery estimates.
Pre-Order/Back Order Items
These are usually items that are going to be out of stock for a number of weeks or are in short supply. By purchasing a Pre-Order or Back Ordering an Item you are in effect paying a deposit for your goods. As soon as the item is back in stock yours will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please see individual product pages for the current delivery estimates and back in stock dates. On rare occasions these dates can be changed by the manufacturers, so we recommend staying in contact with our Exeter branch once a month depending on the product lead time. Tel: 01392 354854
International Delivery
In addition to the above information If your delivery address is outside of the UK you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. The Sportsman Gun Centre advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities. Cross border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities which means some packages maybe opened and re-sealed.
Refunds & Returns
The Goods in question must be returned to us unopened within 14 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the Goods are faulty We shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you.
All returned goods should carry a copy of the original invoice and a completed returns slip. We recommend you keep a copy of these for your own records. The goods should be packaged to a satisfactory standard in a safe and relevant manner. Our return address should be clearly shown on the front of the parcel which is as follows:
