Delivery of Goods

The Sportsman gun centre limited can only state that it will deliver goods to you in an approximate period. We will always endeavour to deliver within 48 hours however product availability can vary. All goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments as availability of products can vary. You may cancel your entire order with us if subsequent instalments forming part of your order are not delivered by us. If your delivery address is outside of Jersey, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. The Sportsman gun centre limited wishes to advise each customer to contact their local customs office for further information if they are in any way unsure of local duties or liabilities.

Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. This can lead to packages being opened and re-sealed. For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 18th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area. Orders received by 2pm are usually despatched the same working day. If for some reason parcels are required to be redirected then a new additional charge of £7.95 will be incurred (where applicable). Also if goods are refused or not called for a charge of £7.95 will also be incurred. This list is not a full and exhaustive list and other reasons may apply.
