Nocturnal Forays - Your chance to try the latest innovation in Night Vision

As a company always chasing innovative and exciting new products the Sportsman Gun Centre are proud to be involved with the new Nite Site NV range of digital night vision. As part of their demonstration tour, Nite Site and the Sportsman Gun Centre Newport will be co hosting an event at the Severn Side Ranges on Wednesday 18 01 2012, where avid hunters can test the latest advancement in night vision technology with a selection of Air Guns.

Designed to solve the age old problems associated with night vision, this innovative new product quickly turns your day scope into a lethal night-time predator. Developed to give a recognisable image up to a distance of 200 yards with the NS200 model, and in excess of 50 yards for the NS50 model, this new form of night vision is set to rival most traditional tube based designs and even the latest range of digital rifle scopes in terms of cost vs. performance.

Easy to install and even easier to use the NV unit fits snugly to the end of your scope whilst the monitor and IR unit clamps to the top of any standard 30mm or 1” optic. The unique design of the Nite Site negates the need to re-zero or adapt a current setup in any way, so an afterhours rifle can be readied in a matter of minutes. What’s more this advanced setup allows the user to take full advantage of the magnification and illumination (if present) fitted to their original telescopic sight.

In addition to ease of use the NV units weighs in at much less than many standard lamping setups with the monitor and camera approximately 500 grams in weight.
